Shawn and his team were extremely professional, and went above and beyond the expectations to deliver an incredible project. We ended up hiring Top Floor last minute for a project when our previous videographer cancelled last minute, which obviously made me a bit concerned to ensure we would get the same level of quality after prepping this project with a different vendor for weeks prior.
